Central Michel Richard is a 9,600-square-foot restaurant offering a full bar, specialty cocktail menu and outdoor patio terrace, making it a prime dining hotspot at Caesars Palace. Boasting an expansive menu full of breakfast options, lunch, dinner, late night, dessert and bar eats, the restaurant offers delicious dishes for all tastes. Executed by Executive Chef Todd Harrington, Michel Richard crafted the menu to be “unpretentious and fun,” with delectable selections including Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes; Braised Short Rib with polenta; and the Hangover Stack, complete with ham, hashbrowns, meatloaf, tomato, egg and hollandaise sauce.
