Tacos & Tequila, located at Luxor Hotel and Casino, embodies the cool modernism of Mexico City while incorporating traditional elements of Mexican style and Las Vegas. The brand recently expanded the one-of-a-kind concept to Southern California inside Morongo Casino, Resort and Spa in December 2012.

The interior of both locations blend a colorful palette that is accented by brushed aluminum, canvas, dark wood, mosaic tile and colored glass. The designs incorporate skeletons, female matadors, bull fighting, tequila and seductive women; icons that have become the very essence of T&T.

The menu, created  by Executive Chef Saul Ortiz, features distinctive presentations of modern and traditional Mexican cuisine. Small plates include adobo shrimp, marinated beef or vegetarian quesadillas, and crab, chicken or tuna tostadas. Entrées include cheese, beef or chicken enchiladas, beef or chicken burritos, carne asada, chicken, skirt steak or shrimp fajitas, chile relleno and a variety of street-style tacos with a selection of fillings including chicken, carne asada, shrimp and more. Convenient combo platters include pork carnitas, chicken tamal and cheese enchilada or chicken tamal, shaved taco and beef enchilada, both with sides of refried beans and rice. T&T is known for its inventive cocktails, featuring an array of hand-crafted margaritas, an extensive list of tequila selections, specialty cocktails and infused tequilas. T
