In an exciting collaboration with Park Fab, Kore Exhibits, Corner Bar Management Group and Zappos.com, Park on Fremont hosted Park Jam, an outdoor extreme sports celebration in the heart of downtown Las Vegas from Friday, March 6 through Saturday, March 7. Park Jam took over the lot next to the popular bar and eatery and featured family-oriented activities, an urban skateboarding inspired ramp, vendor booths, music presented by the Red Bull MXT truck, an art contest, taco stand, beverages and more.

Thousands of spectators gathered to watch the highly-anticipated snowboarding competition, which featured professional snowboarders including Drayden Gardner, Scotty Vine, Lou Macias, Johnny Lazz, Ricky Crilley and Matt Shaffer performing their best tricks. After three heats of intense competition, Shaffer took home the $3,000 grand prize from the contest which was announced by Dave Duncan, a nationally recognized professional athlete and sports announcer who served as the voice of the snowboard half pipe competition at the Park City Olympics in 2002. Courtesy of Zappos.com, Inspire Theater, located directly cross the street from Park on Fremont, hosted a VIP viewing experience for spectators which included cocktails by Tito’s Vodka, an interactive photo booth and more.
