After six successful bi-annual events in Las Vegas, Red Dragon hit the open road to bring the Great American Foodie Fest to San Diego on Friday, March 27 through Sunday, March 29, at Qualcomm Stadium.

The festival featured more than 30 of the nation’s top food trucks and food vendors, highlighted by East Coast and Midwest favorite, White Castle, along with a number of celebrity trucks from The Food Network, History Channel, Cooking Channel and Travel Channel. White Castle, America’s first fast-food hamburger chain, served its signature sliders fresh for the first time in Southern California.

Participating food trucks included Southern California favorites such as Middle Feast Food Truck, Crepes Bonaparte, White Rabbit, Q Up! BBQ and New Orleans Food Truck. The Great American Foodie Fest also featured a beer garden with a variety of cocktail and beer selections, carnival rides, live entertainment, eating contests and more.
